Qualifications

Estimator
• 3-5 years writing collision estimates
• Helping the customer through the repair process with honesty and integrity
• Strong interpersonal sales skills
• Desire to be part of a team that works for common goals
• Knowledge of automated estimating and management systems
• Stable work history

Body/Paint Technician
• 5 years experience
• I-CAR certifications
• Have all necessary tools
• Desire to improve skills through training
• Stable work history

Mechanical Technician
• 3 years experience
• ASE certified
• Have all necessary tools
• High quality work with low comeback rate
• Desire to grow and learn through continuing education
